• Email address if you join the waitlist or sign up for StatLabs.
• Account infoif you create a StatLabs account (display name, app usage, pick'em history).
• Subscription + payment data via Stripe (we never see your card details).
• Anonymous analytics — page views, basic device info. No fingerprinting, no ad-tech.

• Sell your data to anyone. Ever.
• Run ads on the site or in the app. No third-party ad networks.
• Push you toward sportsbooks or gambling products.
• Track you across other sites with cookies or pixels.

We use a handful of trusted services to run the product. Each one processes some of your data under a Data Processing Agreement:

• Firebase (Google Cloud) — auth, account data
• Render — backend hosting
• Stripe — subscription billing (when enabled)
• Resend — transactional + waitlist email
• API-Sports, BallDontLie — sports data feeds (no PII shared)

You can ask us at any time to: see the data we hold on you, correct it, delete it, or export it. Email support@northsyde.io. We'll respond within 30 days — usually much faster.

You can also complain to your local data protection authority. In Sweden, that's IMY.
